"Nick represented us on two escrows. The first one we pulled out of due to concerns about the build. Nick was very objective and pointed out the pros and cons of the first property. As the escrow progressed, Nick saw some red flags, which we agreed with, and we made the decision to pull out. Note: Nick watched out for our best interests and was not just trying to make a “sale.” Shortly after we pulled out of the first escrow, we entered a second one on another house. We were not from the area (over 2 hours away) and had Nick represent us during the inspections and follow-up appointments. His list of referrals was spot on, and we have ended up using his repair people after we closed. Nick was present at both homes for over 30 physical visits. This included going by during heavy rains to check for leaks. Nick comes from a family of agents who also provide great insight. It is vital to have an experienced agent when you aren’t from the area, and even more important to have an agent with a high degree of attention to detail. Nick helped us navigate a less-than-ideal first escrow and then helped us transition to the home we ended up purchasing. Highly recommended: a professional, rational, trustworthy agent."
