Cherie’s knowledge and experience in Southern California’s real estate market is exceptional. Her career as an agent began in Laguna Beach in 1978 and within 10 years she was featured in the Los Angeles Times as one of the ‘Top Guns’ in Orange County real estate, winning the award as the #2 agent in Coldwell Banker Orange County and the prestigious designation of being in the top 1% of sales agents in the United States.   In support of the company and desire to share her expertise with others, she accepted the position of manager of the San Clemente/Dana Point office and 5 years later, the manager of Coldwell Banker’s Newport Beach office. Her subsequent 10 years in management included overseeing thousands of transactions and in turn giving her the knowledge and negotiating skills that now allows her to give a high level of service to her clients. Missing the personal contact with buyers and sellers, she returned to sales and became an award winning agent again.
